Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
If customized sample, there is charged according detail requiry.
 
Q: How can we get a quote?
Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity,  etc.
 
Q: What format design file you want for printing? 
WE accept various format file such as AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
 
Q: Can you help with the design?  
Our professional designers will help for simple design. If that need creative idea, that is better you supply the design.
 
Q: What's the trade term and payments term?  
Payment: T/T. Western union, Money gram, PayPal, T/T & Cash. 30% or 50%  as deposit, balanced paid before shipping.. That can be negotiated.
 
Q: May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?  
 Yes. We support custom sample for approved before mass production. 
Q: What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 15 to 30 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. If there is complex style, that need to further checking.
 
Q: How can I know if my goods have been shipped?
Mass samples would be sent to you before shipping and when shipping. If by courier, we will send the tracking no. for reference. If by air or by sea, The AWB or BL document will send to you when custom clearance finished.
 
Q: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
By sea, by air, by courier.
Courier to your office: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, 3 to 7 workdays  
Q: How do you calculate the shipping charges?
